Dr. Holvino and her partners at Chaos Management, Ltd. use large group methods to meet a wide range of organizational challenges. In the last year Dr. Holvino has planned and facilitated collaborative participatory meetings to address for organizational challenges that include:

  • Improving the implementation of a change management effort for a new supervisory system in the Ministry of Health in Egypt;
  • Resolving an inter-organizational conflict between two member organizations at a major financial institution in Puerto Rico;
  • Developing an integrated vision for a Diversity Unit and its independent centers at the University of Vermont in Burlington.
